Carmen works fluently in English and Spanish out of her Waite Park, MN office. She explains deductibles, walks families through a claim, and catches the gap in a policy that someone else might have missed, all in the language each client is most comfortable with. For many of her clients, Carmen is the first agent who didn’t need a translator or a family member on speakerphone.
