- Date of birth, Social Security number or Tax ID (as required for underwriting)
- Driver’s license number, vehicle information (for auto quotes)
- Property address and details (for home/property quotes)
- Health, employment, or business information relevant to the coverage requested
- Payment and billing information
- Prior insurance history and claims history
- Beneficiary information (for life/health products, where applicable)
(b) Information collected automatically, when you visit the Site:
- IP address, browser type, device identifiers
- Pages visited, time spent, referring/exit pages, click patterns
- Approximate geographic location (derived from IP address)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 1.6)
(c) Information from third parties, such as:
- Insurance carriers, consumer reporting agencies, motor vehicle records, and public records used to process quotes and underwrite policies
- Marketing and analytics service providers
1.3 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- State privacy rights: Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what information we collect, the right to request deletion (subject to insurance recordkeeping exceptions), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others) may submit requests using the contact information in Section 1.9. Note that insurance transaction data is often exempt from certain state privacy laws under GLBA-related carve-outs.
- Do Not Track: Our Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
