Insurance language is confusing enough in anyone’s first language. Pilar’s gift is translating it twice: from Spanish to English when needed, and from industry fine print into plain talk. Clients come to her with questions they’ve been afraid to ask, and they need to know what they’re covered for, what they aren’t, and what to do if something goes wrong.

That clarity matters most on the hard days. When a client calls after an accident, a storm, or a break-in, Pilar is the steady voice who knows their situation, speaks their language, and moves things forward efficiently.
